Job summary

Cherokee Nation Defense Solutions (CNDS) in Missouri seeks a General Warehouse Clerk to support records management, loading/unloading, and document processing in a secure environment. The role requires ability to obtain a Government Public Trust Clearance and pass background checks.

Responsibilities include scanning, indexing, and maintaining file inventory, meeting production and confidentiality standards, and working 1st shift 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum six (6) months of warehouse, records management, clerical, or data entry experience.
• Basic computer proficiency and experience using scanning or inventory systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment.
• Must pass background checks, drug screening, and clearance requirements.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Government Public Trust Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, organize, file, retrieve, and move boxes and records throughout the warehouse.
• Prepare high-volume paper documents for scanning and digital conversion.
• Operate document scanning equipment and perform quality control checks.
• Index and enter document information into computer systems with accuracy.
• Process file transfers and maintain records using handheld scanners and inventory systems.
• Answer and document records-related requests as assigned.
• Meet established production and quality standards while following security and confidentiality procedures.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
