Cherokee Federal is seeking a General Warehouse Clerk to support warehouse and records management operations in a secure environment in Missouri. The role requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Government Secret Clearance, U.S. citizenship, and emphasis on accuracy and security.

The position involves scanning, indexing, and processing large volumes of documents, with a standard 3rd shift from 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM. Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits are included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum six months of warehouse, production, records management, clerical, or data entry experience.
• Basic computer proficiency; experience with scanning or inventory systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organization and time management.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment.
• Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Must pass background checks and obtain government clearance.
• Must pass Cherokee Federal pre-employment qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, organize, file, retrieve, and move boxes and records.
• Prepare high-volume paper documents for scanning and digital conversion.
• Operate document scanning equipment and perform quality checks.
• Index and enter document information into computer systems.
• Process file transfers and maintain records with handheld scanners/inventory systems.
• Answer and document records-related requests as assigned.
• Meet production and quality standards while following security procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
