• Design and implement user interfaces for the WDP System's web applications, ensuring intuitive, accessible, and consistent user experiences.
• Translate requirements into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to guide development of user-facing components.
• Conduct user research to create personas and journey maps; design information architecture and navigation flows.
• Develop interactive prototypes to validate concepts and test usability.
• Establish and maintain design systems and component libraries; implement responsive designs and accessibility standards.
• Iterate designs based on usability testing and feedback; document design specifications for developers.
• Stay current with UI/UX trends and contribute to design guidelines across applications.
