Job description

Job Overview

We are seeking a UI/UX Designer to support critical enterprise initiatives and create intuitive, accessible, and scalable digital experiences. This role requires a strategic design professional who can look beyond individual features to understand underlying business and user needs, translate objectives into effective experiences, and continuously improve application design. The successful candidate will confidently evaluate existing or vendor-delivered solutions, challenge assumptions constructively, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver user-centered outcomes.

Must Haves
  • Demonstrated experience in UI/UX design for enterprise applications, digital products, or complex business systems.
  • Strong proficiency in creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity interface designs.
  • Experience conducting or facilitating user research and usability sessions and translating findings into actionable design improvements.
  • Ability to translate business objectives and user requirements into intuitive, responsive, and scalable experiences.
  • Experience developing or maintaining design systems, component libraries, and reusable UI patterns.
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across business, technical, and external partner teams.
  • Experience developing clear product requirements and design documentation that can guide implementation teams.
  • Ability to evaluate existing solutions and recommend improvements based on usability, consistency, accessibility, and long-term maintainability.
What the Client Needs You to Do

You will provide user experience and interface design leadership across enterprise initiatives, ensuring that applications are intuitive, consistent, and aligned with both organizational objectives and user expectations. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand user needs, translate those insights into actionable designs, and support the evolution of digital products throughout their lifecycle.

The successful candidate will balance user-centered design with practical business and technical considerations. You will assess existing experiences, identify opportunities for improvement, and create scalable design solutions that can support future functionality rather than addressing isolated requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead UI and UX design activities from discovery and requirements gathering through prototyping, refinement, and implementation support.
  • Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, user flows, and interface designs that clearly communicate intended experiences.
  • Conduct and facilitate user research sessions to understand behaviors, needs, pain points, and usability challenges.
  • Translate research findings and stakeholder requirements into practical design recommendations and product improvements.
  • Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries, and reusable interface patterns to promote consistency across applications.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to validate requirements and design solutions.
  • Evaluate vendor-delivered interfaces and existing application experiences, identifying usability gaps and opportunities for enhancement.
  • Develop clear product requirements and supporting design documentation for development and implementation teams.
  • Design responsive experiences that provide consistent usability across devices, screen sizes, and user contexts.
  • Apply user-centered design principles throughout the product lifecycle, balancing usability, accessibility, scalability, and business objectives.
  • Present design concepts and recommendations to stakeholders, explaining decisions, alternatives, and expected user or business impact.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to simplify workflows, improve navigation, and create more intuitive interactions across enterprise applications.
