Job summary

The role oversees CANTRAC, CeTARS, ATRRS, JLLS data and coordinates logistics, safety assets, and vendor oversight to support multiple commands.

A SECRET clearance and 10 years of relevant experience (including 2+ years with NSW or SOF) are required.

Qualifications

• Active SECRET clearance required or able to obtain immediately.
• 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• At least 2 years supporting NSW or similar SOF.
• Experience with NSW FRTM/IDTC or equivalent training pipelines.
• Experience navigating training databases (CeTARS, CANTRAC, ATRRS, JLLS).
• Experience designing and maintaining SharePoint-based training portals.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule COIs for NSW training and contracted COIs.
• Oversee student registration and enrollments across six commands.
• Maintain CANTRAC, CeTARS, ATRRS, and JLLS data; manage records.
• Manage SharePoint Schools Portal with current prerequisites and rosters.
• Coordinate safety assets, medical staff, and vehicle mechanics for training.
• Monitor training budgets and provide weekly status updates.
• Assist in DTS travel orders and ensure compliance with JTR guidelines.
