This on-site role in Arlington, VA requires an active secret clearance and will drive strategic engagements, manage business process optimization, and deliver high-impact technical project management. The ideal candidate will bridge technical execution and executive communication, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with DoD goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in technical project management or management consulting.
• Experience delivering projects in federal or military environments preferred.
• Ability to present complex technical concepts to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Research, draft, and develop strategic policy documents and executive communications.
• Coordinate high-level strategic engagements and track critical deliverables.
• Lead business process optimization projects with RPA teams to streamline workflows.
• Define roles, responsibilities, and milestones across stakeholders.
• Maintain project timelines, budgets, and status reports.
• Create management plans and SOPs for technical duties.
