Job summary

TekSynap is seeking a Task Order Project Manager to lead large, complex task orders in support of Federal Government customers. You will coordinate with the Government Contracting Officer and Task Order Managers to ensure timely delivery of technical solutions and schedules.

The role requires extensive experience with ESI, e-discovery, and litigation support, including leadership in IT and consulting environments. Remote work with periodic on-site meetings at HQ DLA (Fort Belvoir, VA) is offered.

Qualifications

• Ten (10) years of demonstrated experience with electronically stored information and electronic discovery systems.
• Five (5) years of leadership experience with progressively increased responsibility in public and/or the private sector within the IT, e-discovery, and/or consulting fields.
• Five (5) years experience with litigation support, Certified eDiscovery Specialist (CEDS).
• One (1) year experience with the Exterro e-discovery platform to review and analyze data around litigation, investigations, government requests, etc.
• Knowledge of governance and storage of Electronically Stored Information (ESI) that is collected or copied from native locations in compliance with federal laws including EGovernment Act and Privacy Act. Expertise in governing information pursuant to industry standards.
• Broad experience in the preservation of metadata.

• Demonstrated experience supporting government agencies, customers, or contracts within federal environments. This includes the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), Federal Civil agencies, and military organizations. Prior experience supporting the same or similar contract, with an in-depth understanding of the customer environment, requirements, and operational landscape, is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the project manager for a large, complex task order (or a group of task orders affecting the same system) and shall assist the Program Manager in working with the Government Contracting Officer (KO), the task order-level Task Order Managers, Government management personnel and customer agency representatives.
• Under the guidance of the Program Manager, responsible for the overall management of the specific task order(s) and ensuring that the technical solutions and schedules in the task order are implemented in a timely manner.
