Job summary

ThinkTek LLC seeks a Systems Engineer (Secret Cleared) to support a Department of War client in the National Capital Region. You will integrate and test secure wireless and network infrastructure within a classified environment, collaborating with government stakeholders, vendors, and senior engineers to move capabilities from design to deployment.

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance.
• DoD 8140 IAT Level II baseline certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Approximately 2–4 years of systems, network engineering, or IT infrastructure experience in DoD or Federal environments.
• Working knowledge of network fundamentals and DoD hardening standards such as DISA STIGs.
• Exposure to DoD security accreditation processes such as RMF or ATO.
• Ability to produce clear technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Configure, integrate, and test network and security infrastructure in a classified environment.
• Coordinate deployment activities and change management processes as part of capability integration.
• Support NSA CSfC registration and engagement with the NSA CSfC PMO.
• Develop RMF artifacts to achieve and maintain Authority to Operate.
• Support cybersecurity compliance, STIG application, vulnerability remediation, and configuration hardening.
• Coordinate across vendor, engineering, and accreditation teams.
• Produce technical documentation, network diagrams, and test plans.
