Job summary

ThinkTek LLC in the National Capital Region seeks a Senior Systems Engineer to lead hands-on deployment of a secure wireless capability within a classified DoD network. You will coordinate with a Solutions Architect, vendor, and government stakeholders to move from design through deployment, with emphasis on CSfC registration and RMF artifacts.

You must hold an active TS/SCI clearance and DoD 8140/8570 IAT Level II certification, with 5+ years of DoD/Federal network or systems engineering

Qualifications

Active Top Secret clearance is required.
DoD 8140/8570 IAT Level II baseline certification (e.g., Security+ or equivalent).
5+ years of hands-on network or systems engineering in DoD or federal environments.
Working knowledge of the CSfC program and its registration process.
Understanding of network architecture, transport security, and DoD security hardening standards (DISA STIGs).
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience may substitute.

Responsibilities

Lead hands-on deployment, including configuration, integration, and testing of network and security infrastructure in a classified environment.
Serve as the CSfC registration technical lead, coordinating with the NSA CSfC PMO to navigate requirements and gaps.
Support RMF artifacts and Authority to Operate (ATO) processes.
Integrate the capability into the existing network and produce documentation, diagrams, and as-built records.
Brief Government stakeholders and subcontractors, translating requirements across teams.
