Qualifikationen

• US citizenship is required.
• Active Secret security clearance required.
• 6 years of experience in design, operation, and/or maintenance of complex U.S. Combat Systems.
• Ability to read, interpret, organize and synthesize source material into concise learning products.
• Ability to apply Integrated Learning Environment principles for training product design.
• Strong communication skills with clients and teams.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn military terminology.
• Experience with graphics design, 3D modeling, or e-content development.
• Knowledge of Articulate, Adobe Captivate, or Unity is preferred.
• Instructional Systems Design and CPM/LOM/LEAD curriculum development knowledge is preferred.
• Travel up to 20%.

Aufgaben

• Provide technical support in developing resource requirements lists for SCSTC.
• Prepare distribution profiles for each resource requirements list.
• Verify ECR LAN pages are up to date with approved lists.
• Analyze requirements for surface combatants by baseline or platform.
• Assess impacts on readiness and user functionality from changes.
• Read and evaluate design documents, interface diagrams, and training materials.
• Coordinate planning and execution of product releases with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure projects meet master plans, schedules, and quality standards.
• Read and apply DoD Instructions and Career Training Continuum policies.
• Maintain information custody and security per prescribed procedures.
• Handle additional duties as assigned.
