Job summary

Venatôre is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to manage Windows Server environments, Active Directory services, and PKI in support of the Tampa, FL-based mission. You will automate tasks with PowerShell, implement security policies, and coordinate with cross-functional IT teams to meet command requirements.

The role emphasizes mentorship to junior admins, ongoing infrastructure modernization, and strong documentation practices to ensure reliability and compliance in a demanding government

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Government Secret security clearance required.
• DoD 8140/8570 certification required.
• Proficient in PowerShell scripting and automating system administration tasks.
• Experience with Windows Server and enterprise infrastructure management.

Responsibilities

• Build, deploy, configure, administer, and maintain Windows Server environments and domain infrastructure.
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and AD Sites/Trusts.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate routine tasks and improve efficiency.
• Implement and troubleshoot Group Policy for security and resource management.
• Monitor performance, apply patches, and plan upgrades and infrastructure changes.
