Job summary

Aquila Technology is seeking a Systems Administrator to support a network emulation testbed for a premier defense research organization. The role requires active Secret clearance, US citizenship, and 100% onsite work near Lexington, MA.

You will debug the testbed, analyze data, and prepare technical reports while collaborating with a skilled team. Qualifications include extensive Linux experience, CORE network emulation, and strong programming skills in Python, Golang, or C++.

Qualifications

• Must have Linux command line proficiency and significant hands-on experience with network emulation and data visualization.
• Strong background in data analysis and visualization in a classified environment.
• Proficient in Python, Golang, or C++ with experience in software architecture and design.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to communicate results clearly.

Responsibilities

• Debug and repair testbed issues; propose and implement fixes.
• Prepare reports on experimental findings for government officials and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with technical staff to operate and improve the emulation testbed.
