Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems in Palmdale, CA seeks a Supply Chain Technical Coordinator Level 2 or 3 to support Shipping/Receiving and Inventory control within Manufacturing and Logistics. The role is onsite with a 1st shift schedule, and requires final Secret clearance to start.

The candidate will manage shipping docs, quantity tracking, and staging for Inspection while coordinating with property management and AP for invoices. Forklift experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and 2+ years in shipping/receiving or inventory control.
• Ability to obtain special program access.
• Physical requirement: lifting up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Must possess and maintain an active, in-scope Secret US Government Security Clearance. Final clearance required to start.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and coordinating required shipping documentation.
• Storage, tracking, and issuing inventories.
• Coordinates with Property Management for shipping/receiving tooling and equipment.
• Monitoring receipt of items and maintaining shipment/receiving records.
• Assist Accounts Payable with invoices by providing shipment information.
• Ensure received parts/materials are staged for Quality Incoming Inspection.
• Ordering of needed shipping supplies.
• Knowledge of Workbooks, procedures, and forms.
