Job summary

ThinkTek LLC is seeking a motivated Mid-Level Software Tester to join our team supporting federal programs. The candidate will develop and execute test cases for functional, UAT, and GAT, and collaborate with government stakeholders to ensure alignment with business requirements.

Responsibilities include tracking defects, participating in agile ceremonies, and producing test reports. A Bachelor's degree and 0–2 years of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• Experience executing UAT/GAT processes.
• Knowledge of requirements analysis techniques and process mapping.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or business process modeling tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and document test cases, scripts, and scenarios for functional, UAT, and GAT activities.
• Coordinate with end users, product owners, and government stakeholders to validate system functionality.
• Track, log, and report defects, ensuring timely resolution and retesting.
• Participate in test planning sessions, requirement reviews, and sprint ceremonies.
• Support UAT/GAT acceptance criteria and traceability to requirements.
• Prepare test reports, metrics, and documentation for leadership and government stakeholders.
