Job summary

ThinkTek LLC is seeking a motivated Mid-Level Software Tester to join our team supporting federal programs. You will have hands-on experience with UAT and GAT, ensuring software meets end-user needs and contractual requirements.

Responsibilities include developing test cases, coordinating with stakeholders, logging defects, and contributing to test planning in Agile/SAFe environments. A Bachelor's degree and 0–2 years’ related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience executing UAT/GAT processes.
• Knowledge of requirements analysis techniques and process mapping.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or BPM tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and document test cases for functional, UAT, and GAT activities.
• Coordinate with end users and stakeholders to validate system functionality.
• Log defects, track resolution, and retest as needed.
• Contribute to test planning, reviews, and sprint ceremonies.
