Job summary

ThinkTek LLC is seeking a Mid-Level Software Tester to support federal programs. You will lead UAT/GAT testing, collaborate with business analysts, developers, and government stakeholders in a structured testing environment, and contribute to test planning and documentation.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team using Agile/SAFe methods.

Qualifications

• Experience executing UAT/GAT processes.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and process modeling tools.
• Active Secret clearance.
• 0–2 years of software testing or IT-related projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and document test cases for functional, UAT, and GAT.
• Coordinate with end users and government stakeholders to validate requirements.
• Track defects and ensure timely retesting.
• Participate in test planning, reviews, and sprint ceremonies (Agile/SAFe).
• Prepare test reports and metrics for leadership and government stakeholders.
• Assist in documenting current and future state business processes.
