Job summary

Red Cedar Consultancy is seeking an experienced Software Systems Engineer (Intermediate) to support federal clients. The role focuses on designing, developing, testing, integrating, and troubleshooting software and systems, with emphasis on operational planning and performance analysis.

The position requires an active Secret clearance and the ability to coordinate with customers and system support teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall system efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must have 8 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Must possess IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 3 (T3) at the time of proposal submission.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized technical expertise across multiple software and system disciplines.
• Analyze and resolve complex software and system problems.
• Support software design, development, testing, and integration activities.
• Prepare and maintain software documentation and technical standards.
• Coordinate with customers and system support teams to resolve technical problems.
