JANUS Research Group is seeking a Software Engineer – Unit System Integrator II to support CPE Ground HQ programs at Fort Belvoir, VA. The role requires an active Secret clearance and Army ABIC certification, with hands-on experience in tactical operations and coaching small-unit leaders at team, squad, and platoon levels.

Qualifications

• Must have active Secret clearance.
• Army Basic Instructor Course (ABIC) certification or be willing to attend.

Responsibilities

• Assists personnel with extensive experience in tactical operations at the small unit level in Infantry, Armor, Cavalry, Special Forces, Engineer or Field Artillery MOS.
• Coaches mentoring of small unit leaders at team, squad, platoon and company levels.
• Shall be certified by the Army by attending/completing ABIC.
• Shall hold security clearance at least at the secret level.
