Job summary

RTX Fort Wayne software team is seeking engineers to join a development group working on Battle Management, Command & Control, and related systems. You will participate in cross-functional teams and apply agile methods to design, test, and deploy software for mission-critical defense applications.

Qualifications include a STEM degree and 2+ years of OO language experience (C++, Java, Ada). A DoD Secret clearance is required; this is an onsite US-based role with relocation and comprehensive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) or similar degree.
• 2+ years of professional software development, integration, and/or test using C++, Java, Ada or similar OO language.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Participate in collaborative, cross-discipline product teams.
• Develop, test, and integrate complex software and systems for aerospace and defense applications using Agile practices.
• Collaborate with Systems and Integration Test Engineers to analyze, implement and test the system.
