Job summary

CTS Technology Solutions, Inc. seeks a C2BMC Systems Software Engineer to join the National Team Program in Colorado Springs, CO or Huntsville, AL. The role focuses on Java-based mathematical algorithms supporting BMDS and requires 100% onsite work.

Candidates should have a BS in engineering or related field, hands-on Java development experience, and the ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• BS degree in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, computer engineering or computer science.
• Strong analytical, collaboration, communication and organizational skills.
• Active Secret clearance is required.
• Experience with Agile teams and Java J2EE or Java Spring is preferred.
• Knowledge of server side development and message passing; enterprise application development.

Responsibilities

• Work with industry partners to design and develop Java-based mathematical algorithms for the C2BMC BMDS.
• Support full software development lifecycle: design artifacts, code changes, reviews, testing, and issue resolution.
• Participate in agile planning and execution using established processes.
• Develop software requirements and architecture for MDS systems.
• Develop, tailor and deploy integration and test processes, tools and metrics.
• Execute and document integration and test activities.
