Astrion invites a C3BM Systems Engineer to join the team at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, AL. The role supports MDA C3BM systems engineering, focusing on C2BMC, BOA, and related future concepts with multi-national exchange designs.

The position requires a DoD Secret clearance, 7+ years of relevant experience, and strong system/network engineering skills. Travel is as required; full-time on-site with potential complex integration tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Active DoD Secret clearance (US Citizenship).
• Proficiency with system engineering processes.
• Experience applying network engineering to test, integration, and ops.
• Strong MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
• Self-starter with ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess new technologies for C2BMC/BOA integration.
• Lead development teams and FFRDCs to transition technologies.
• Coordinate with MDA stakeholders and labs for integration.
• Develop transition plans for future spirals and capabilities.
• Assist program manager with acquisition actions and GOVFurnished Equipment.
