Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of four years infrastructure and web-based development in a SharePoint environment.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, and Power BI.
• Experience with Performance Metrics, Analysis, and Trending.

Responsibilities

• Support SharePoint development of local OPC SharePoint tools, dashboards, workflows, data maintenance and data organization within the SharePoint environment.
• Develop SharePoint workflows to support contract management, team activities, and dashboards for user status views; mature SharePoint sites to improve document management, repository and search/referencing functions.
• Create standardized reports and presentation graphs on status of workflows and process metrics on usage of the workflow capability.
• Monitor data management repositories and forward documentation to relevant staff; monitor content on SharePoint and report issues within one day of discovery.
• Attend meetings to review SharePoint status and take meeting notes.
