Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC seeks a SharePoint Developer for Scott AFB, IL. The role covers design, deployment, and maintenance of SharePoint solutions within an Agile environment.

You will develop for SharePoint 2013/2016, SharePoint Online, and the broader M365 stack, including Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate, while collaborating with stakeholders and IT management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Active SECRET clearance and ability to work with government stakeholders.
• 8+ years of experience in communications and problem solving.
• 3+ years of hands-on SharePoint/Microsoft 365 experience.
• Experience with SDLC, Agile, SCRUM, Lean, etc.
• Expert knowledge of SharePoint 2016/2019 and SharePoint Online, plus Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate.
• Experience with SharePoint development, including custom forms, workflows, and web parts.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide design, configuration, deployment and maintenance for SharePoint.
• Develop software solutions after requirements analysis and stakeholder conferral.
• Develop within an Agile SDLC framework.
• Design, develop and maintain components using SharePoint Server 2013/2016.
• Client-side web parts using SharePoint Framework and TypeScript.
• Implement SharePoint workflows and BI dashboards.
• Create documentation, diagrams and code comments.
• Build PoC/demos for training and maintain test software.
• Participate in Product Design Reviews with creative ideas.
