Job summary

Northrop Grumman is hiring a SharePoint Administrator in Redondo Beach, CA to support classified contracts. This role requires a current US government Secret clearance with the ability to obtain Top Secret clearance and Special Programs access.

You will manage Windows systems, PowerShell, SQL Server, and SharePoint environments while adhering to security policies and delivering technical documentation and presentations.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree or equivalent with 3+ years of experience; or 5+ years with a Bachelor's; or 9+ years with a High School Diploma.
• Must have a Security+ certification (or greater).
• Current US Government Secret clearance (at minimum) with ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.
• Ability to obtain and maintain access to Special Programs.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Office 365 administration, and Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI).
• Experience with Windows Server OS, PowerShell scripting, and SQL Server databases.
• Experience with SharePoint tools including ULS Logs, workflows, and SharePoint forms.

Responsibilities

• Perform as a SharePoint Systems Administrator in support of classified government contracts.
• Maintain smooth operation of multi-user computer systems; coordinate with network admins.
• Interact with users and evaluate vendor products; make recommendations to purchase hardware and software.
• Develop and monitor policies and standards for allocation of computing resources.
• Set up administrator and service accounts; maintain system documentation; tune performance; install system-wide software; allocate storage.
• Administer Windows systems within strict security policies.
• Create detailed technical procedures and installation instructions.
• Develop solutions to complex problems and prepare security documentation for regulatory submission.
• Collaborate with engineering users, system admins, and facilities teams; multi-task and communicate effectively.
• Represent organization as a prime contact on contracts; coordinate with senior internal/external personnel; deliver presentations.
