Job summary

BruckEdwards, Inc. is seeking a Senior SailPoint Subject Matter Expert to serve as the technical lead and solution architect for the SailPoint IdentityIQ platform in Washington, DC.

The role requires designing, maintaining, and optimizing IdentityIQ to ensure robust governance, secure authentication, and compliance with federal standards. The SME will lead a team of engineers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and advise Government PMs on architecture and new features while ensuring

Qualifications

• Citizenship required (U.S.)
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field (Master's preferred)
• Minimum 6 years with SailPoint IdentityIQ on-prem installations
• Proven expertise in SailPoint workflow design and connectors (Okta, AWS)
• Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, AWS Lambda) and identity governance automation

Responsibilities

• Design and architect the SailPoint IdentityIQ system for efficiency, scalability and security
• Lead code development and review for SailPoint workflows and connectors
• Develop and execute user recertification campaigns and reports for compliance
• Oversee daily operations: monitoring connectors, issue resolution, system health
• Mentor junior SailPoint engineers and collaborate with stakeholders to onboard apps and manage roles
• Advise Government PMs on architecture, design strategy and new features
• Ensure compliance with federal cybersecurity standards (NIST, FedRAMP, OMB)
