Job summary

Avalore in Arlington, VA seeks a Requirements Analyst to establish and maintain the system requirements management environment, documenting and tracking requirements from inception through implementation with full traceability.

You will facilitate elicitation sessions with stakeholders, refine requirements to ensure clarity and testability, and establish baselines for each release while managing changes through formal control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required for all levels.
• Secret security clearance required.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Strong communication skills and a self-starter mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the requirements management environment for the Advana System.
• Document and track all system requirements from inception through implementation with full traceability.
• Facilitate requirements elicitation sessions with stakeholders and refine requirements to be clear, complete, and testable.
• Establish a requirements baseline for each release and manage changes through a formal control process.
• Create requirements verification matrices to track testing and validation and generate status reports for program management.
• Develop and maintain requirements management tools and processes, and train team members on best practices.
