Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Systems, Multi-Domain Operations, and Missile Defense Integration conducts RAM engineering for critical Ground Weapons System programs. The RAM Engineer will contribute to reliability analyses, develop RAM products, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure mission success.

The role requires a Secret clearance, STEM degree, and experience with RAM methods, FMECA, and software tools like DOORS/CAMEO. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM field from an accredited university with required years of related experience.
• Experience in RAM, RAM discipline, and RAM requirements development/verification.
• Proven ability to work independently and in teams, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Ground Weapons System RAM effort as part of the RAM team.
• Develop RAM products to support design and development of GWS for MDA.
• Contribute to RAM analyses and FRACAS processes to drive improvements.
