Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Systems in Huntsville, AL seeks a Reliability & Maintainability Engineer (RAM Engineer) – Level 3 or 4 to join the RAM team on the Ground Weapons System program for the Missile Defense Agency. This role requires a current DoD Secret clearance and willingness to travel up to 10% to support business needs.

You will develop RAM products, perform FMECA analysis, and collaborate with software and systems engineers using DOORS in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in STEM with 5 years RAM experience for Level 3
• Bachelor’s Degree in STEM with 8 years RAM experience for Level 4
• Experience in RAM, Availability, Maintainability and RAM requirements development
• Proficiency with DOORS and data analysis

Responsibilities

• Support Ground Weapons System RAM on the GWS program as an individual contributor
• Develop RAM products that support design and development for the MDA program
