Job summary

TSC is seeking a Project Manager and Project Lead Engineer (Key) onsite in the DC area. A final DoD SECRET clearance is required. A Bachelor's of Science in Engineering, Physics, Business or equivalent and 8–10 years of experience are expected.

The role covers planning, direction, and program management of spaceflight instruments, experimental payloads, and satellite systems. The candidate will coordinate with Government, NASA, co-contractors, academia, and industry, ensure ITAR compliance,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, business or equivalent with 8–10 years of experience.
• Experience planning, directing, and managing spaceflight instruments, satellites, and sounding rocket systems.
• Experience coordinating with Government, NASA, co-contractors, academia, and industry.
• ITAR and defense trade act knowledge and controls.
• Space vehicle integration guidelines and safety requirements familiarity.
• Interface with launch, safety, and technical leads to document launch range processes.
• Prototype fabrication and testing of space-qualified instruments and payloads.
