Rivet Operations Company LLC in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Project Manager (Civil Engineer) to oversee construction management for large industrial buildings, utilities, and roadways, ensuring compliance with contract specs and schedules.

The role requires a bachelor's in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and 4+ years of related experience, with DoD or Air Force environment familiarity and ability to coordinate cross-disciplinary teams. A Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management from an accredited university.
• 4+ years of related experience in civil engineering and construction management.
• Experience with CADD, project tracking software, and MS Office.
• Ability to coordinate across engineering disciplines, architects, and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects with engineering disciplines and architects to address design considerations.
• Monitor and manage construction for new, renovated, and improved facilities and utilities.
• Review designs, cost estimates, schedules, and change orders; ensure compliance with contracts.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental codes; support SABER work as needed.
