Qualifications

• Active US Secret Security Clearance required.
• Experience with government contracts including DPAS, FAR/DFAR, ITAR/EAR, CAS.
• Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years experience; or graduate degree with 2+ years; or 8+ years experience in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead program management for Navy submarines imaging systems, ensuring cost, schedule, and technical performance.
• Coordinate with operations, finance, planning, contracts, and supply chain to set priorities and resolve issues.
• Manage full lifecycle of programs per contract requirements and company standards.
• Support business development, including proposals and negotiations as needed.
• Ensure compliance with export controls (ITAR/EAR) and DPAS/DLA obligations.
