Experience in digital transformation, TOGAF, and familiarity with Agile or DevOps is highly desirable. The role demands leadership of a 15–20 person team and a governance framework compliant

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• PMP certification from PMI is required.
• Cloud certification such as AWS or equivalent.

• 15+ years IT experience with 10+ years in program management of large, complex programs.
