Job summary

Node.Digital in Washington, DC is seeking a Program Manager with an active Secret security clearance to oversee large-scale IT programs requiring RMF/CUI compliance. The candidate should bring PMP, AWS or equivalent cloud certification, and CISSP, with 15+ years in IT and 10+ years in program management.

Experience in digital transformation, TOGAF, and familiarity with Agile or DevOps is highly desirable. The role demands leadership of a 15–20 person team and a governance framework compliant

Program Manager
Location: Washington, DC

Must have an active Secret Security Clearance

Required Education:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related technical discipline

Required Certifications:

Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI)

Cloud: Amazon Web Services (AWS) Certified Solutions Architect or similar cloud provider certification

Cybersecurity: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)

Years of Experience:

• Fifteen (15) years of IT experience, with at least ten (10) years in a program management role overseeing programs of similar size and complexity.
• Size and Complexity Definition: Experience managing programs with an annual budget of at least $2.5 Million and a team of 15-20 personnel operating under stringent federal security compliance frameworks [e.g., DoW Risk Management Framework (RMF), Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI)].
• Consecutive Experience: Required five (5) consecutive years of experience demonstrating recent (within the last year) and sustained leadership.
• Five (5) years of demonstrated experience managing digital transformation or business process automation programs, with a proven track record of transitioning manual processes to automated solutions.
• Experience with The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF)
• Experience with Agile or DevOps methodologies is highly desirable.
