Job summary

Northrop Grumman's Aeronautics Systems sector is currently hiring a Project Manager/Principal Project Manager to join our team in Oklahoma City, OK. This is an individual contributor role and will partner with the Program Office and integrated product teams on program reporting and executive level presentations.

The candidate should understand IMF processes, demonstrate leadership and teamwork, and maintain solid organizational skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 3 years' experience in Project Management or 1 year with a Masters
Experience with Microsoft Office tool suite; PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
Understanding of the Integrated Management Framework (IMF)
Experience interfacing with all levels of employees and Leadership
Active Secret or higher clearance (last investigation within 6 years)
Ability to attain and maintain program access (PAR) within business needs

Responsibilities

Programmatic operation and integration directly supporting the Program Office in day-to-day execution
Assess program issues, and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality and customer satisfaction goals and objectives
Manage program risks and opportunities per the ROMP
Development, implementation, and maintenance of tools/templates for monitoring project progress
Preparation of status reports and presentations for internal and Customer meetings
Supporting and generating proposal documentation as needed
