Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Oklahoma City, OK is seeking a Program Integrator/PM to oversee the operational aspects of ongoing projects and to liaise between program management and integrated product teams. This individual contributor role works with the Program Manager on reporting and executive level presentations.

The role requires IMF knowledge, strong organizational and leadership capabilities, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years’ experience in Project Management, Program Integration/Execution; OR 1 year with a Masters.
• Experience with Microsoft Office tool suite including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Understanding of the Integrated Management Framework (IMF).
• Experience interfacing with all levels of employees and Leadership.
• Active Secret or higher clearance (last investigation within last 6 years).
• Ability to attain and maintain PAR access within business needs.

Responsibilities

• Programmatic operation and integration directly supporting the Program Office in day-to-day execution.
• Assess program issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality and customer satisfaction goals.
• Manage program risks and opportunities per the ROMP.
• Develop, implement, and maintain tools/templates for monitoring project progress.
• Prepare status reports and presentations for internal and Customer meetings.
• Support and generate proposal documentation as needed.
