Job summary

Sherpa 6 is seeking a talented Multimedia Curriculum Designer to create engaging training content for adult learners across defense-related domains. You will develop learning experiences using ADDIE/SAM methodologies, produce videos, infographics, and animations, and collaborate with SMEs, engineering, and product teams to meet accessibility and performance standards.

This role requires an active Secret clearance, up to 25% travel, and the ability to work within fast-moving environments while

Qualifications

• 7+ years in instructional design or multimedia curriculum development.
• Expert in Articulate 360 and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of SCORM/xAPI and LMS integration.
• Experience with adult learning theories and rapid content creation.
• Active Secret security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to translate complex technical info into accessible learning content.
• Design and develop interactive training and multimedia assets (videos, infographics, animations).
• Develop customer-facing enablement assets, user guides, and performance support materials.
• Ensure accessibility standards (Section 508, WCAG) are met.
• Manage multiple projects using agile methods and meet delivery commitments.
