Job summary

A. Harold and Associates, LLC is seeking a Graphic Artist to design and develop media for e-Learning on a training product development team, supporting multiple aspects of media design and graphics development on the Jacksonville, FL-based program.

This full-time, in-office role requires a current SECRET clearance. The candidate should have strong Adobe Creative Suite experience, especially Illustrator and Photoshop, and be able to collaborate with subject matter experts and courseware

Qualifications

Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite products, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
Strong online and interactive design skills with troubleshooting ability.
Ability to work well in a collaborative team and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts, Instructional Systems Designers, and Courseware Developers in the design and development of Instructor Led Training (ILT).
Maintain high standards of design, creativity, and adaptability to modern and emerging trends/needs.
Must have a critical eye and adapt to the visual intent of larger projects.
Work in a collaborative team environment and communicate solutions to non-multimedia-trained personnel.
Scale design efforts to meet production timelines and stay within budget.
