Job summary

Virtualitics is seeking a Lead Delivery Engineer (Secret Cleared) to guide project and platform delivery in the DMV region. You will architect robust, scalable applications, manage data lifecycles, and ensure production deployments of AI/agentic systems. The role requires a strong background in full‑stack development, DevSecOps practices, and collaboration across teams to meet milestones.

Onsite work at Mark Center may be required up to 5 days a week. A U.S.

Qualifications

• Must have a BS in CS or related field or 5+ years in software engineering.
• Production deployment of software and AI/agentic systems experience required.
• Strong full‑stack with DevSecOps mindset and cloud/container familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical decision‑making across project and platform delivery.
• Architect scalable applications covering data lifecycle from acquisition to inference.
• Optimize runtime performance and data access for responsive apps.
• Build dashboards using VAIP to visualize complex data intuitively.
• Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, DevOps and QA on delivery.
• Drive product roadmap execution and remove bottlenecks.
