Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC seeks a Lead Analytical and Executive Support professional to provide high-level analytical leadership at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD. The role supports senior leadership reviews and coordinates briefs, integrating financial, operational, and portfolio data to empower executive decisions.

The position requires active SECRET clearance and a track record of leading cross-functional analysis to align technologies with Army modernization priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis, or financial/cost analysis.
• Active Secret clearance.
• Demonstrated lead analytical experience integrating multiple data sources for executive decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Support RTI senior leadership reviews, assisting with coordination, formulation, evaluation, and refinement of briefings.
• Integrate financial, operational, and portfolio data to inform leadership decisions.
• Support alignment of RTI technologies to Army modernization priorities.
• Provide analytical guidance across the program-analysis team.
