Job summary

People Technology And Processes is seeking a Program Analysis Team Lead at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD to supervise a team of program analysts and coordinate analytical products across the mission. The role requires an active Secret clearance and a strong background in engineering or operations research within government programs.

You will interface with Government leads to ensure timely delivery of financial and operations products and guide junior analysts while maintaining quality and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field (E2 Analyst, Management II).
Minimum 7 years of experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis, or financial/cost analysis (E2 Analyst, Management II).
Active Secret clearance.
Demonstrated team lead or work-coordination experience on a government support effort.
Significant experience supporting Department of War / Army programs or operations.

Responsibilities

Oversee program-analysis deliverables and coordinate workflow across the analyst team.
Interface with Government leads to ensuring quality and timeliness of financial and operations products.
Provide guidance to journeyman and systems program analysts.
Support consolidation and quality control of funding and program reporting.
