Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, CS, or related field.
• 5–7+ years in IT or computer information systems.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware in enterprise settings.
• Experience with Active Directory management.
• Experience using ITSM tools (Remedy or ServiceNow).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Server OS and VMware virtualization.
• ITIL knowledge and ability to follow procedures.
• Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the IT Service Center to manage ticket intake and workflow.
• Execute L2 Service Request, Incident, and Problem Management processes.
• Resolve L2 tickets, including hardware support tasks.
• Route escalated tickets to L3 SMEs with documentation and handoffs.
• Coordinate with external providers to resolve cross-functional issues and meet SLA.
• Maintain troubleshooting guidelines and participate in ITIL processes.
• Document all resolutions and changes per ITSM standards.
