Currently, we are seeking a Computer User Support Specialist - Journeyman- Secret Cleared. This role supports a Navy customer in San Diego, CA.

Job Description and Responsibilities: Provide technical assistance to computer users. Answer questions or resolve computer problems for clients in person, or via telephone or electronically. May provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems

Basic Requirements: 6+ years of IT support experience in enterprise environments

DoD 8570 IAT Level I Certification (A+ CE or equivalent) preferred.

Preferred Skills and Experience: Knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory

Education Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or related field

Security Clearance: Secret (must be a US Citizen)

Telework and Travel: On-site. <5% Travel
