Responsibilities

• Provide IT Tier I/II service desk support to users at Aberdeen Proving Grounds.
• Troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate issues across multiple operating systems; assist with imaging, profile creation, software installation, and hardware upgrades.
• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and train users on computers, printers, and peripherals (printers, scanners, smart card readers, etc.).
• Provide hardware and software support for PCs, printers, and workstations across wired and wireless networks.
