Job summary

C3EL is seeking a cleared Implementations Network Engineer to join on-site at Scott AFB, IL. The role supports DISA network deployments, including configuration, testing, and servicing of critical DoD infrastructure.

The candidate will coordinate IT&A activities, manage IP addressing schemes, and ensure DISA standards are met across sites, working with project managers and customers to progress service requests. This is a challenging role requiring clear communication and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Must be U.S. citizen with Secret clearance.
• Active in-scope DoD/US Government Secret clearance.
• DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 baseline certification.
• Experience with BGP, OSPF, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, WAN, VPN, VLAN.
• Knowledge of DISA standards and network deployments.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ITA and reporting for new network activations.
• Configure and maintain DISA out-of-band management networks.
• Upgrade software on Cisco and Juniper devices.
• Create IP addressing schemes and port assignments.
• Analyze hardware/software/system requirements with users.
• Verify POC, location, interface data per requirements.
• Confirm POC across circuit traversal locations.
• Engage DISA project managers to resolve requirements.
• Facilitate approvals to progress service requests.
