Job summary

Din Development Corporation seeks an Information Assurance Specialist to support NETCOM SATCOM services at Ft. Huachuca, AZ. The role focuses on RMF accreditation, NIST 800-53 controls, and eMASS package management for ATO readiness.

Candidates should have an active Secret clearance, 5+ years IA experience, and strong communication skills to interact with Army customers. BS degree is preferred; relevant experience considered.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance is required.
• Experience with RMF and NIST 800-53 security controls.
• Proficient use of the eMASS application.
• Understanding of DISA STIGs and VDPs.
• Strong communication skills for Army interactions.
• 5+ years Information Assurance experience.
• Familiarity with SIPR and NIPR ATOs.
• Understanding RMF for NIPR/SIPR environments.

Responsibilities

• Understand RMF assessment and DoD RMF accreditation packages.
• Execute verification methods for NIST 800-53 controls.
• Utilize security tools and tests (DISA STIGs, SCAP, SRR).
• Analyze testing results and STIG implementations.
• Create and maintain POA&M items in eMASS.
• Review RMF security control documentation.
• Develop and manage RMF packages in eMASS.
• Provide independent assessment of RMF controls.
• Ensure controls achieve ATO status for the system.
• Interact with Army customers and partner organizations as needed.
• Stay current with IA best practices and participate in special projects.
