Diné Development Corporation seeks an Information Assurance Specialist to support NETCOM/COMSAT/MILSAT services at the Ft. Huachuca Regional Hub Node, Sierra Vista, AZ. You will ensure RMF compliance, perform vulnerability analysis, and maintain eMASS POA&Ms while coordinating with Army and partner organizations.

Requires active Secret clearance, RMF/NIST knowledge, and 5+ years IA experience with eMASS; BS considered with experience. On-site role with comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required.

• 5+ years Information Assurance experience.

Job description

DDC-IT Services is seeking an Information Assurance Specialist to support the NETCOM COMSAT/MILSAT (SATCOM) Services Ft. Huachuca Regional Hub Node, as an Information Assurance Specialist for the U.S. Army Network Technology Command (NETCOM) in the Sierra Vista, Arizona area. We are seeking energetic, detailed-oriented individuals that have a desire to meet the demands of and maintain the security accreditation requirements. Responsibilities: * Understands RMF assessment and DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF) accreditation packages

• Proper execution of the appropriate verification methods for requirements of NIST 800-53 Revision 5 Security Controls
• Proper execution of security tools and test methods identified (DISA SCAP, STIG Viewer, SRR)
• Perform proper analysis of testing results/vulnerabilities and STIG implementation
• Perform creation and maintenance of POA&M items in eMASS system
• Review documentation as applicable to RMF security controls
• Experience with developing and managing RMF packages using eMASS
• Ability to provide an independent assessment of RMF security controls and supporting documentation
• Ensure security controls are implemented correctly, operating as intended, and producing the desired outcome towards Authority to Operate (ATO) status for eMASS system *
• This position requires interaction with customers within the Army and partner organizations
• Maintains current knowledge of industry standard Information Assurance best practices
• Participates in special projects as required
