Job summary

Armada LTD is seeking a Specialist, Information Assurance Compliance II (SIAC2) in Philadelphia, PA to lead RMF packaging, documentation, and risk assessments for DoD systems. The role requires an active Secret clearance and travel between CONUS and overseas locations.

You will develop and maintain eMASS artifacts, perform vulnerability scans, and ensure regulatory compliance across multiple platforms. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one IAT Level II certificate required.
• Four years of professional experience in Information Assurance Compliance.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.

Responsibilities

• Collect and document system information to evaluate security posture in eMASS.
• Develop RMF packages per DoD/NAVSEA guidance and SOPs.
• Create RMF documentation such as POA&Ms, SARs, RARs and STIGs.
• Conduct risk and vulnerability assessments and report residual risk.
• Execute SAPs with on-site testing and apply patches for compliance.
• Maintain eMASS plans and ensure proper RMF artifacts.
• Travel as needed to CONUS/OCONUS (estimate 14 trips/year).
