Job summary

The Amatriot Group is hiring a Help Desk Technician to join the team at MacDill AFB in Tampa, Florida. This high‑visibility role provides Tier 0–I and eventually higher‑tier support, incident response, and escalation for the US BICES‑X Coalition Service Desk, requiring strong attention to detail and professional customer service.

Candidates must meet DoD 8570 requirements and be eligible for IAT Level II access, with a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; additional years of experience may substitute.
• 3 years of IT experience required.
• Experience with common IT infrastructure services, incl. DNS, DHCP, and troubleshooting connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Provide polite, professional, and responsive customer service.
• Deliver daily face‑to‑face support to U.S. military and civilian personnel, NATO military personnel, NATO Partner Nations, international students, and host nation civilians.
• Provide first‑contact and incident resolution to customers with hardware, software, and application problems.
• Escalate detailed incidents efficiently to Tier II or Tier III support as required.
