Job summary

HII Mission Technologies in Huntsville, AL seeks a Software/Hardware Engineer to support the manufacturing, testing and delivery of Part Task Trainers for the U.S. Navy.

The role involves aiding electronics, electrical and mechanical manufacturing processes and overseeing wiring, testing, and software installation. Qualified candidates have 5 years with a Bachelor's in a related field or 3 years with a Master's; a SECRET clearance is required at hire.

Qualifications

• 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or 0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field.
• SECRET Security Clearance with the US government is required at hire

Responsibilities

• Aids in the manufacturing of production units by wiring components, testing connectivity, installing equipment, installing software, and testing deliverable end items
• Aids in the day-to-day manufacturing process of the HAR and OK-410 Part Task Trainers to support the Naval Station Great Lakes A-School
• Supports manufacturing, testing and delivery of Part Task Trainers for the U.S. Navy
