Job summary

NTA, Inc. in Huntsville, AL is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to support research, development, and testing of next‑generation missile system technologies. You will develop and review performance specifications, ICDs, and verification matrices as part of a small agile team.

The role requires a ABET‑accredited BS in Engineering, 5+ years of experience, and a secret clearance. Responsibilities include managing system requirements, performing behavior diagrams, and coordinating HWIL tests.

Qualifications

• Experience developing, tracking, and verifying performance requirements.
• Experience developing state and sequence diagrams, and other descriptions of system behavior.
• Experience developing and interpreting ICDs.
• A high level of computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review performance specifications, ICDs, and verification matrices.
• Manage component- and system-level requirements; design and coordinate tests to verify requirements.
• Work as part of a small, agile team developing next‑generation missile system technologies.
• Collaborate across disciplines to ensure system integrity and readiness for testing.
